Each condo comes already outfitted with a mezzanine, bathroom, kitchenette and polished floor, saving you time and money and ensuring maximum resale value. Each condo is also insulated, climate controlled and features 125 AMP electrical service, a 5" concrete floor, and windows. Most "white box" projects require you to do all this work, at pricing higher than Greenlight's. National research shows that the highest enjoyment levels and resale prices come from condos having these features. Pricing in some markets is as high as $400 PSF. Not at Greenlight.

Large Sizes

Condo sizes (including the mezzanine) in sqft: 1328 (25' x 40'), 1593 (30' x 40'), 1662 (25' x 50'), 1995 (30' x 50'), 3325 (25' x 100') and 3995 (30' x 100').

Large Garage Doors

Most condos feature an extra-wide overhead door (18' W x 14' H) along with a separate man door. This extra wide benefit allows easy turn radiuses and you can park two cars or trucks side-by-side.

What security measures do you have in place?

We have 24/7 video surveillance, fencing and gated access to ensure the safety of your condo and belongings.

Can I store my vehicle for an extended period of time?

Yes, you can store your vehicle with us for as long as you need. You own the unit.

Are there Condo Association dues?

Yes, we've designed the space to have low costs, and Condo fees cover things like security, common area taxes, insurance, water and exterior maintenance. Annual fees should approximate $1 PSF.

Are the garages finished out inside?

Yes, the basic finish includes polished concrete floors, mezzanine, kitchenette, bathroom, climate control, painted and insulated walls, large ceiling fan and lighting fixtures.

Can I reserve my Condo before construction is finished?

Yes, we are accepting deposits now for our 28 units. Deposit is 10% of purchase price and is refundable until construction of the unit begins.

Can I live in my Garagedominium?

No, the units are designated for storage or business, but owners cannot live in the unit.

Are there restrictions on the kinds of things I can do in my Garagedominium?

Yes, there are restrictions on activities that might infringe on the safety and enjoyment of others. This includes things like noise, traffic and dangerous materials.

Can I combine units to make a larger garagedominium?

Yes, units can be combined to be wider or to allow for roll up doors on both ends.
